We’re a Gravesend firm — local to the town, working our own patch. That means we know the town-centre parking, the riverside streets, the new Ebbsfleet loading bays and the A2/M2 approaches before we turn up, rather than sending a crew who’ve never been.

We plan the day to stay calm — turning up on time, packing the kids’ rooms with extra care and clear labels, and setting up beds and essentials first at the new place so bedtime still works on move night. We go at your pace and keep it cheerful from start to finish.

Whichever you prefer. You can pack yourself and we’ll do the move, we can pack the whole home with proper materials and a labelled inventory, or we can pack just the fragile things and leave the rest to you. Unpacking at the other end is an option too.

Yes — the Ebbsfleet Garden City new-builds come with lifts, loading bays and access rules, and we book and plan around all of that before the day so the move goes smoothly. High-floor flats and shared entrances are everyday work for us.

Yes. We offer clean, secure self-storage, with a move-and-store option handled in one booking — we pack and load, keep your belongings in store, and deliver them when your new place is ready. It’s one team and one inventory throughout.

We look at the size of the move, the access at both ends — stairs, lifts, parking, riverside restrictions — how much packing you want, and anything large or delicate. We’ll often do a short video or in-person survey first, then send a clear written quote. No prices are shown on the site because every move is different.

France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Each is planned as a route pair from Gravesend — down the A2 and M2 to the M25 and the Channel, then on to the destination region. We keep the customs paperwork straight and run the move as one journey with one team.

A household move to the EU now needs an inventory and the right transit and customs documents. We prepare and file them for you and give honest, plain guidance on what’s needed. Timing at the border depends on the route and the paperwork rather than a fixed schedule, and your written quote sets out what to expect.

Yes — goods-in-transit and public liability cover come as standard, and we’ll explain what the cover means before you book. For anything high-value or especially fragile we’ll talk through the right level of protection for your particular items.

Tell us as early as you can and we’ll do our best to shuffle things around. Weekends and the end of the month fill up first, so a bit of notice gives us the most room to help. Anything about deposits or rescheduling sits in the booking terms.
